Our team assessed the current-state of 17th Ave to develop recommendations under 3 main areas - Ecosystem Development, Business Development, and Community improvements. Under each area, we propose a number of recommendations to improve 17th Ave, aligned to the challenges and opportunities we identified in our analysis. Our recommendations seek to make an impact and truly rejuvenate 17th Ave.
